Let’s just be honest, it’s hard to make it to the gym when you have kids! It can easily take up an evening if you aren’t careful. And mornings are hard because you are already so sleep deprived. (Thank you, cappuccino).
After Max was born, I ran with a running stroller or even our regular stroller for exercise. But now it’s harder, because I don’t have a double running stroller and Max isn’t old enough to something with me.
I’ve always really liked running, because I thought it was effective. BUT then I met a guy who ran a marathon and still had belly fat. It really bothered me, because I always thought that was the way to go to be fit.
Well, then I found HASfit workouts online and, oh my word, it is so much better than running. It only take 15 – 30 minutes for me to do these exercises with no special equipment from HOME. I could find instructions for workouts online, but this is Coach Kozak doing the workouts with me. You have no idea how much that helps.
I haven’t ever seen these crazy workouts he does either! I feel like a have a personal trainer for the first time in my life and I’m loving it.
