This is high quality chicken breast in bulk.  It comes in a 40lb case, so you will need to figure out how you are going to prepare and store it.

Honestly, I hate doing that part myself.  But it is really nice to  have a bunch on hand like this so I don’t have to pay more if I don’t have it.  I need to buy a ton of onion and peppers to freeze up and have ready to.  I use them up so fast, this is pretty constant for me.   I also always like to have cheese, tortillas, and bacon frozen on hand.  I remember when a friend told me you can freeze cheese and it changed my life!  What do you freeze to always have on hand?
