Ahhhhhhhhhh
I decided to make play dough this morning for something to do since we rarely play with it. I get out all the ingredients out of the pantry. Flour, salt, food coloring…
I proceed to make the play dough while I’m holding the baby. I’m not watching Max very well, he’s playing in the living room not far from me and asks, “Can I make the ramp blue?”. I’m not sure what he’s talking about, look over and see him (not waiting for my answer) proceed to put blue food coloring over the makeshift “ramp” we had built for his cars.
“No, no blue ramp!”
By some miracle of God, coffee filters, and water, I was able to clean a good amount of food coloring out of my carpet. He also had apparently stepped in the spot with his socks, but it took me awhile to figure where the mysterious spots kept coming from.
Ironically, I ended up not using food coloring, because I used the Kool-Aid play dough recipe!
Have you ever had to clean up food coloring?!?
