Don’t get sucked up into buying something because it is on sale or a clearance item. Have you seen the clearance at Walmart?! Sometimes it’s only10% off!! Sometimes it’s good, don’t get me wrong, but most of the time its not that great at all. I get so shocked at all the people picking up the stuff that is hardly discounted. Menards doesn’t always list what the previous price was on the tag, but you can simply move the tag over to see what the previous price was. One time I did that and the sale red tag item was ONE CENT cheaper than the normal price. They know there are a lot of people who won’t buy things unless they are on sale, so they put them on “sale”. Be aware.
